Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Florida addresses will include applicable sales tax.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of submission by contacting hello@wolves-call.com. After this period, the order will be prepared for shipment and cannot be altered.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

All packages are insured automatically.
6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and dust bag.

Return shipping within the U.S. is covered by Wolves Call using the prepaid label provided.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Care & Maintenance
Each Wolves Call piece is handcrafted in Spain using Silk-Elba, a premium cowhide leather sourced from the South of Spain and tanned with minimal intervention to preserve its softness, texture, and natural grain.
With time, your bag will develop its own character, softening in places and shaping to the way you carry it. This evolution is part of its beauty.
To help your piece age gracefully:

Store in its dust bag when not in use.

Avoid overfilling, which may distort its shape.

Keep away from prolonged sunlight, water, oils, and perfumes.

If exposed to moisture, blot gently with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry.

Maintenance creams are not required.
Natural variations in leather grain, color, and finish are expected and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, imagery, copywriting, trademarks, and other creative elements are owned by Wolves Call LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
9. Order Refusal & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolves Call’s liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
