If a product is out of stock, when will it be available again?
We create limited, intentional pieces that may sell out quickly. If the piece you’re interested in is unavailable, you can join the waitlist directly on its product page to be notified when it’s back.
Can I be notified when the item is available again?
Yes — simply join the waitlist on the product page to receive an email notification when the item returns. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming releases and restocks.
How will I know my order was processed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details. A second email with your tracking number will follow once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We understand that changes happen. Orders placed on wolves-call.com may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of submission by contacting our team at hello@wolves-call.com. After this time, your order will be prepared for shipment and can no longer be changed. If you decide not to keep your purchase, you’re welcome to return it upon receipt following our return policy.
