Do I need to register my return online?

 

Yes. Returns must be registered within 14 days of delivery. Please click “Register a Return” below for instructions.

 

What is your return policy?

 

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging (unworn, with all accessories and dust bag included). Returns are only accepted using the prepaid label provided.

 

Can I exchange a product?

 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

 

How do I return my order?

 

  1. Complete the return request form via our “Register a Return” page.

  2. Once approved, attach the prepaid return label to your parcel.

  3. Drop it off at the carrier’s designated collection point.

 

For non-U.S. customers:

 

  • Print a copy of your original invoice (available in your account or in your order confirmation email if you checked out as a guest).

  • Write the statement: “Returned Merchandise – No Commercial Value” on the invoice.

  • Attach the invoice to the outside of the parcel in a transparent pouch (do not place it inside the box).

  • Drop it off at your chosen carrier location.

 

Do I need to pay to return my order?

 

No. Returns are free of charge when using the prepaid label provided after registering your return.

 

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

 

Contact our customer service team immediately. Please take photos of the damaged parcel and keep all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

 

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt.

 

When will I receive my refund?

 

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Items not in their original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) may be refused. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Did you receive my returned order?

 

We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refund amounts typically appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policy. Please keep your return tracking number to monitor its progress.
