What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, except to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (selected regions), Venezuela, Yemen. What delivery services are available?
Orders are delivered to your personal postal address and require a signature upon receipt. We ship via UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is complimentary within the United States. International orders incur a flat $30 shipping fee.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped within the United States are free from duties and taxes. For international shipments, duties and taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may be extended due to payment authorization delays, product availability, or customs processing.

Has my order been shipped?
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website using this number. For any questions, you may also contact our carrier or our customer service team, or click here to track your order.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please open a claim directly with the carrier and contact our customer service team at hello@wolves-call.com. Claims must be submitted within 14 business days of the stated delivery date.
After this period, we are unable to process claims for lost orders.
